RETURNS POLICY
At Biodroga Cyprus, we strive to ensure your satisfaction. If you're not completely happy with your purchase, you can return unused items within 20 days of delivery by contacting us at info@biodrogacyprus.com. The product must be unused, in its original condition, with tags and packaging intact. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer. Please handle your purchases carefully and return them in the same condition you received them for a smooth return process. Refunds will be processed once the returned item is inspected.
FAULTY ITEM
If you receive an item that is damaged or faulty, please contact our Customer Service team immediately. To assist in resolving the issue, kindly provide evidence such as photos and a detailed description of the damage. Based on your preference and product availability, we will arrange a replacement or issue a full refund. We are committed to resolving the issue as quickly as possible.
CANCELLING YOUR ORDER
You have the right to cancel your order under the Consumer Contracts Regulations (2013). If you wish to cancel, we will refund the full price of the item(s) that meet our Returns Policy, along with the original delivery fee, unless a more expensive delivery option was chosen. You are responsible for the return shipping costs. Cancellations can be made up to 20 days after delivery, provided the item is unused, undamaged, and in its original condition.
